flora and fauna

If you love all those who walk the land, swim our waters, and fly our skies, you're going to love your stay at the bunkie! From the deer who feed in our no-mow meadow, to the waterfowl who call the cove home, and the birds who enjoy our many feeders, there's no shortage of photo ops! Just be respectful and enjoy our friends from a distance.

If you want to see more wildlife, definitely head on over to Lunenburg Retreat  (2 minutes from the bunkie), as Jason and Deb, who are knowledgeable tour guides, and offer wonderful zodiac tours around local waters, where you'll see lots of local birds, seals, fish and even puffins!
